The Students' Union is an active organization that works forthe welfare of students and infrastructural improvements in the college. It also provides a platform for students to display and develop leadership qualities. The Union organizes the annual three day inter-college cultural festival NEXUS jointly with the Fine Arts Association. The election for the executive body of the college students' union is held along with the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections. Each student has one important vote, both in the DUSU and the SVCSU elections.
