Graduates in the following disciplines with minimum 50% Aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the course :-
B.Sc./ B.Sc(Hons) Botany/ Biological Sciences/ Bio-Chemistry/Chemistry/  Microbiology/  Zoology/Applied Zoology/Applied Sciences/Bio-Informatics and B.Pharma.

    2. One Year P.G. Certificate Course in Tourism and Travel Management (CCTTM) Selection through an All India Entrance Examination, followed by an interview, conducted generally in the last week of June. Advertisement regarding the date of examination will be given in early June in the Employment News/One National Daily Newspaper. Applications on a plain paper, giving details of Marks/Grades obtained at the Degree level from a recognized University, accompanied by a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs 200/- drawn in favour of "The Principal, Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi" required to be submitted in the college office as per the schedule specified in the advertisement

    3. P.G.Certificate Course in Mass Communication (Part time) This Certificate Course, conducted jointly by Sri Venkateswara College and the School of Convergence aims to provide an integrated programme to equip students with basic and essential skills for media professionals. The Course is open to students of Sri Venkateswara College as well as students of other colleges. The course will start in August 2007, and continue till the end of February 2008. Classes will be held from 3:30 p.m. till 5:30 p.m. thrice a week.The entire course will run 100 contact hours.

Add on Courses
(For Sri Venkateswara College Students only)

    1. Basic Air Fares and Ticketing (Three Months Part-Time Course) This is an add-on course which would be useful to all students studying Tourism and Travel Management at B.A. level and to the students of C.C.T.T.M. The course is aimed at providing the basic technical skills needed to enter the Travel Agency and the Airline Industry*.

    2. Global Distribution System (Three Months Part-Time Course) This is a part-time three-month programme run in association with Galileo (India), a market leader in GDS.
The course is open only to Sri Venkateswara College students of C.C.T.T.M. and provides hands-on experience to the students as an add-on course*.

    3. Nanotechnology (Three Months Part-Time Course) This is an interdisciplinary and experimental field of applied science and Technology.  It encompasses a very diverse group of disciplines and is focused on controlling and exploiting the structure of matter on a scale below 100 nanometers. 

    4. Bioinformatics & Computational Biology Bioinformatics is an emerging interdisciplinary area of Science & Technology  encompassing  a  systematic  development  and
application of IT solutions to handle biological information. Computational Biology covers the advances in both computer hardware and software algorithms in solving biological problems. The duration is three months.

Eligibility Criteria :
This course is open to final year students pursuing degree programmes in life sciences, biochemistry, botany zoology and biological sciences. Selection through an aptitude test. Candidates will be evaluated at the end of the course and certificates will be issued to candidates on successful completion of the course.
